    Such as PSIRA registration, driver's license, firearm competency, etc. — if applicable.
  5. Proof of Residential Address
    Not older than 3 months (e.g. utility bill, bank statement).
  6. Contactable References
    Minimum of two professional references with contact numbers and positions held.
  7. Valid Driver's License
    Copy of driver's license or forklift driver ID if available.
  8. Expected Salary
    If requested for the position you are applying for.
  9. Consent for Background Verification
    Written consent authorising Ferlio to conduct a background verification check.
